After sales service terms

1. Product quality commitment:

1.1 during the warranty period, spare parts was damaged due to material or manufacturing defects are confirmed to be quality faults within the scope of warranty after identification, and we will repair or replace them free of charge.
1.2 we would provide quality assurance, and other indirect losses of users in the use process, such as shutdown loss, reputation loss and other additional costs and other economic losses are not within the scope of guarantee.
1.3 this commitment does not include special requirements beyond the use and maintenance instructions or contract provisions.


2. Warranty period and scope:

One year or 2000 working hours from the date of delivery of the product; Special warranty service terms can be implemented according to the product sample book or through consultation between both parties.

2.2 electric equipment:
1. Electrical switches, seals, bearings, rollers, brake pads and lamps shall be guaranteed for half a year;

2. Motor, gearbox, controller, accelerator, charger, electricity meter, electromagnetic brake, pin shaft, oil pump, oil cylinder, screws at main connecting parts of oil pipe, etc. shall be provided with one-year warranty; 

3. Online support

All terminal customers of Haoke can enjoy web support and Haoke technical support services during the service period. In case of product failure, the customer can log in to Haoke website directly through the Internet, search for special product services or inform Haoke provide technical personnel and required parts for customers.
